Colosseum for Android Announcement and Screenshots

Gamevil is on a roll lately. Games like Zenonia 3 and Baseball Superstars II being released for free on the Android Marketplace (and being great games) have really bolstered their reputation in my mind. Colosseum has now found it's way to the Android platform and it looks ready to sink it's claws into the mobile (phone) gaming crowd.
This release isn't free like the last couple games but it is cheap: $0.99. Colosseum looks to be a hack-and-slash adventure in the same vein of sidescrolling melee fun as Castle Crashers on XBLA and PSN.
From the official press release - "Players will enter the colosseum to face off against endless waves of monsters to defeat, equipped with a variety of melee and ranged weapons, including swords, maces, throwing knives, bombs and more. After each round, victorious heroes will be rewarded with loot for upgrading their equipment and gaining new weapons. To fend off stronger enemies, players will have to master not only their weapons but also magic effects such as ice, lightning and fire."
Kyu Lee, Head of Gamevil USA has stated that they are also working on new versions for later release.
And check out the rest of these screens.
