Today, the PlayStation Store is in for quite a treat. Among other additions, consumers can purchase Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions and Kyuiin, a Japanese Import game. There are also eight new pre-NeoGeo era Arcade Classics, one of which will be free to all current PS Plus subscribers.
First up, Final Fantasy. Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions was first released in 2007 for the PSP. Now, it is available over the PlayStation Network for your PSP at the cost of $9.99. For those who have skipped over the game, this is a great opportunity to hit it up due to its easy accessibility. The great reviews all around the net speak for themselves. Speaking of which, check back next week for GoozerNation’s very own review.
As for the eight pre-Neo Geo games, they are compatible with both the PS3 and PSP. They vary greatly from each other finding love for every type of gamer. Some are action or shooters, while others are puzzles or platformers. Best of all, one of these is available for free to all PS Plus subscribers.
Here's a list of all the games that are now available:
-
Final Fantasy Tactics: The War Of The Lions
-
Kyuiin
-
Ozma Wars
-
Sasuke vs Commander
-
Vanguard
-
Marvin's Maze
-
HAL 21
-
Athena
-
Ikari Warriors
-
Guerilla War (free for Plus members)
Lastly, there’s Kyuiin. Kyuiin is a unique Japanese import game in which you ride around on a vacuum. It is like a shooter in the sense that you can suck up enemies with your vacuum and shoot them back or whip your power cord at them for close quarters combat. Kyuiin is a full blown adventure for a mere $5.99.
There you have it. Seems like a big day for the PS Store. So, what will you be buying?
