Hidden Bonuses of the Welcome Back Program

The Welcome Back program Sony launched to apologize to PlayStation gamers everywhere won the hearts of many gamers. With the easily displayed “Welcome Back” tab on the PS Store, you found a free theme, 30 days of PS Plus, 2 free PS3 games, and 2 PSP games. With some ease you could also grab some great PS Plus deals. If you dig a little further, you might find an easy-to-miss freebie and some features you may have forgotten about.
First and foremost, be sure to download “Qore - Episode 36 (Single)” and scroll down to the very bottom of its menu, bringing you to the download center. From there press “X.” You now have access to an inFamous theme! This was something I recently stumbled upon, and I think it's a great bonus to have since inFamous 2 was released today, and inFamous was free with the Welcome Back program. It is also important to note that a free inFamous 2 Dynamic Theme hit the store today and is also free to all of us PS Plus members (Thanks Welcome Back package)!
Finally, don't forget to make good use of the following two features available to PS Plus members as long as they have an active plus subscription:
1. Automatic Download. Settings>System Settings. This handy feature can be set up to download reccomended items for you from the PS Store. It also downloads patches to recent games that you have played. Talk about a time saver!
2. Online Storage (Cloud Saving). Games>Saved Data Utility (PS3). This is a great way to back up your saves and free your hard drive from the massive space taken up from game saves...that was sarcasm, by the way. Still, this is a great feature alone for backing up your saves in case of a console crisis. I wish I had this a few short months ago when my PS3 died and my HDD was corrupted. Do not over look this feature, says a man that lost four years of data in a few short seconds.
I hope this article helps you all out in some way. Enjoy the free theme, those two handy features, and most important of all, the restored PlayStation Network.
