Sony is offering PS3 users one month of Playstation Plus for free

Sony is at it again. Another sweet thank you to everyone that has a Playstation 3. This isn’t as good as the $5.99 free PSN credit but its close. The best part of this is you don't already have to be a PS+ subscriber to get this.

Emails are coming out from Sony and its offering PS3 users a one month free trial of PS+. Some people have reported they had PS+ in the past or they tried it for one month as part of the Sony Welcome Back Program earlier this year. Others are reporting they have never used PS+ and still got the email. Enclosed in this email from Sony is one month code for you and two 1 free month codes to give to your friends.

Surprise! The rumor is one person can use all three codes. This would give a savvy user three months of the service for free. Just don’t forget to cancel before the subscription is up.
