Zedge.net Offers Free Mobile Games

Looking to add a little flair to your phone for free? Zedge offers free wallpapers, ringtones, and notification sounds and their app can be found on nearly every mobile device. But now they offer even more through their website (www.zedge.net): Free games!

That's right, the mobile site for zedge now offers apps and games (all free) for you to download. Which games on the list are compatible with your device? Well if you use your phone to access the mobile website it will detect your device and only present a list of games that will work for you. Unfortunately at the time of this writing the site was showing that there are no apps compatible with my HTC Inspire 4G and instead showed links for premium content from Gameloft. Maybe you'll have better luck though?

Games are being offered through a partnership with Appia, "the largest open app marketplace in the world," who also has a deal with the mobile browser Opera (if you haven't tried Opera yet, go do it now). All in all this makes www.zedge.net a convenient place to pick up all sorts of content to customize your mobile device.
