Fit to Game: Still At It

It's been a couple months since I've put forth a Fit to Game article. This may seem as though I've fallen off the wagon and put my fitness and health to the wayside. This couldn't be more untrue.
In the past few months, I've continued to work out six days a week. I've also kept my diet strong (few cheat days), managing my calorie intake and watching what I eat. I haven't had a drop of soda since April and not a lick of alcohol since March. I feel better, I have more energy and it just feels right.
For my last article, I weighed in at 244 lbs. This was a 25 lb loss in 2 months since the start. This morning I weighed in at 208lbs, 61 lbs down from my starting weight at 269. The changes in my physical appearance are extremely noticable now. I have gone from 2XL shirts to Large and from size 42 pants to 34. The problem with this particular change is that it's expensive! Having to buy new clothes all the time is annoying!
Now, all this weight loss is fine and good, but have I still been gaming?
The definitive answer to this is: Yes.
I actually have found MORE time to game now, as the energy I get from going to the gym, keeps me up later at night! Some might see this as a detriment, but I actually had a schedule change at work so I work later anyways!
I've been playing alot on my computer recently as the newly appointed Senior PC Editor. My staple "go-to" game has been Rift, by Trion studios. It's a fantastic MMO and it really keeps you involved when you're playing. I managed to play around with Puzzle Agent 2 and Magic the Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 as well.
PAX Prime in Seattle is now just around the corner and I'll be having all sorts of from-the-floor information for everybody. I just need to remember to keep on track with my diet and workout regiment, even while on vacation. I will have an after vacation post for everybody to check out, as I know I can at least sustain my weight while eating out every day.
If you're thinking about weight loss, let me tell you.. You can do it! It's all about mind over matter and if you just put your mind to it, it's actually quite simple.
