Getting the 3DS for less than $150

Looks like Gamestop is running a decent deal on the 3DS systems. The price has been lowered $149 right now. This includes the newly released Pearl Pink one. Is ths evidence of a permanent price drop?

According to the Internet this deal goes through 2/12/12. I have a feeling Gamestop may have lowered the price since the Vita is on the Horizon. Maybe this is a universal price drop? But if gamers were holding out for a better price $20 off MSRP is a great place to start. Now that Resident Evil Revelations has been released I may have to go pick up one of these.

Will this stop consumers from buying a Vita? I doubt it. Most people have made up their minds by now. Link to the deal at Gamestop.
