Metal Gear Solid HD Collection on sale

Looks like the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection is on sale everywhere. Could this be an indication of a new low permanent price for the collection? It looks like Amazon and Newegg as well as Best Buy are all dropping the price below $40.
Newegg and Amazon have it for 36.99 for the 360 and PS3. Bestbuy is supposed to have it for $34 this week. Better hurry, it looks like on Amazon the 360 version is almost sold out, luckily the PS3 version looks to be in stock for now. On Newegg, the PS3 version is sold out but the 360 version is still in stock.
Gamers cannot go wrong with this collection. Especially if they have not played the first few games. For those of you who don't the know the collection contains Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. The HD remakes have trophy and achievement support. It would have been nice to see an HD remake of the original Metal Gear or a Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes port. Good to see that Peace Walker is in the collection.
Does this mean down the line fans of the series could see Metal Gear Acid HD remakes for multiple systems?
